Last updated: March 30, 2026

Who operates Enport

Enport is operated by Jeremy Kwok (doing business as Enport), located in Brooklyn, NY. By using enport.vercel.app or creating an account, you agree to these terms. Contact us at enport.contact@gmail.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Enport. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at enport.contact@gmail.com.

You own your content

Project content you create or submit through Enport — descriptions, evidence links, contribution writeups — belongs to you. Submitting a project does not transfer ownership to Enport.

By submitting a project, you grant Enport a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content publicly on enport.vercel.app for the purpose of operating the service. This license may be revoked at any time by requesting removal.

Accuracy of content

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Do not submit fabricated results, false metrics, or misrepresented ownership. Submission affirms that the content reflects actual work you performed.

Do not submit content containing proprietary or confidential information from employers or clients without authorization to share it publicly.

Publishing

Submitting a project through the wizard does not guarantee publication. Projects are reviewed before going live. Enport may decline to publish or may remove content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, or violates these terms.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Enport to submit content that is false, defamatory, infringing, or illegal. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to Enport's systems.

Third-party links

Project pages may link to external content (GitHub, Google Drive, etc.). Enport is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party sites.

No warranty

Enport is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The service may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enport is not liable for any damages resulting from use of or reliance on this service. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is currently zero.

Dispute resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through informal negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in New York County, New York, under US law. You retain the right to bring claims in small claims court.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

Removal requests

To request removal of a published project or your account, email enport.contact@gmail.com.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. The date above reflects the last update. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
